1. General Policy

At Lov.et, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our premium ladies purses, jewellery, earrings, and soft toys. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

2. Product Exchanges

We do not offer direct cash refunds under any circumstances. Instead, eligible products can be exchanged within 2 days of purchase or delivery. You may exchange your item for another product of equal or greater value in our store.

3. Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the following strict conditions must be met:

• The item must be completely unused, absolutely undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

4. Processing Your Exchange

To ensure your exchange is valid, you must contact our shop within the 2-day window. You are responsible for bringing the item to our store or paying your own shipping costs for sending the item back.
